How to automatically return items to their fulfillment store?
We are delighted to share some exciting news with you!
We now introduce a new and improved order returns process that is designed to make returns to the original store effortless and stress-free for you.
We now are managing the possibility to send the returned products to their original store where the product was fulfilled, and this it's going to be reflected in your SOP.
This option would be enabled the moment you create the new account in Sqquid.
To enable this feature and select the return destination, please follow the instructions below:
- Access your Sqquid account and navigate to the "CHANNELS" section.
- Locate your E-Commerce Channel and click on the "EDIT" button.
- Within the Channel options, you will find the channel configuration settings. It is crucial for the overall process that returns are enabled. This ensures that customers can initiate returns through the designated channels.
- At this stage, you will notice a toggle option that allows you to choose whether the returned items should be sent back to the fulfillment store. If you prefer this option, make sure it is enabled.
If returning items to the fulfillment store is not suitable for your specific scenario, you have the alternative of selecting a designated return store. This means that all returned products will be restocked in that particular store.
