My Shopify order is not showing up on Sqquid

Before we begin, is important for you to get some facts about our order ingestion process when it comes to Shopify:

  • We only import/ingest orders which have the status 'open'.
  • It runs in real time if the channel has the latest version of the integration.

So, if an order was created and closed after one of these process execution and before the beginning of the following one, it will be invisible to us because the status changed too quickly. This possibility amplifies when manually creating orders because Shopify is in charge of closing them automatically unless it's set up to avoid such behavior.

To prevent this from happening, you can configure the order processing in your Shopify store settings so it won't automatically close the fulfilled orders by unchecking the 'Automatically archive the order' checkbox. 

You can find this in:  Your Shopify store > Settings > Order Processing 



Important information: due to limitations from the Shopify API, we can't get orders that are older than 60 days. Any changes made to these types of orders must be done manually in Sqquid.
